Elvin Moore Solicitors becomes Landsmiths Solicitors
Over the past 12 months the firm has undergone a reorganisation with property transactions in both the residential and commercial sector at the centre of its focus.
On 6 April 2021, Elvin Moore Solicitors, with meeting spaces in East Leake and West Bridgford and its Head Office in Nottingham, became Landsmiths Legal Limited, trading as Landsmiths Solicitors. The new name reflects the changes which the Partners have made to the firm to become property focused, with ‘Land’ at the heart of what it does.
The practice of Elvin & Co, founded by Michael Elvin in 1982 became Elvin Moore Solicitors in 2016. Since then, and now under the management of Vik Moothia and Rachael Briggs, it has transformed into a property focused firm enabling it to offer clients the very best of service in all residential conveyancing and commercial property matters. Michael Elvin remains involved with the firm, acting for his established client base.
