Chloe is an Associate Licensed Conveyancer at Elvin Moore Solicitors who has 6 years domestic conveyancing experience. Chloe’s experience includes acting for both purchasers and sellers of all types of properties including freehold and leasehold properties, new build properties and buy to let investments. Chloe has particular experience with shared-ownership properties, providing independent legal advice for equity release mortgages and assisting with auction transactions. Chloe is experienced in other matters such as lease extensions, deeds of variation and declarations of trust.

Chloe started her legal career working in In-house Legal at National Counties Building Society specialising in in-house conveyancing. Before joining Elvin Moore Solicitors Chloe was a Licensed Conveyancer at Rotheras Solicitors and prior to that she was a Licensed Conveyancer for a Surrey/ London firm TWM Solicitors.
